This Privacy Policy describes how InkPDF ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application InkPDF (the "App").

PDF Files: The App accesses PDF files only when you explicitly open them. File contents are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Annotations: Any annotations, signatures, or text you add to PDF files are stored locally on your device.

We use the following third-party services that may collect data automatically:

Google Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. Firebase may collect:

App usage data and events
Device information (model, OS version)
Approximate location (country/region)
Crash reports and performance data

Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect:

Advertising ID (can be reset in your device settings)
IP address
Device identifiers
Usage data for ad personalization

2. How We Use Information

The App may request the following permissions:

Storage Read: To open PDF files you select
Storage Write: To save annotated PDF files to your chosen location
Internet: Required for Firebase Analytics and AdMob to function

5. Data Retention

Recently opened file records are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App. Firebase and AdMob data retention is governed by Google's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You may:

Reset your Advertising ID in your device settings
Opt out of personalized ads via Google Settings
Disable Firebase data collection by uninstalling the App

8. Security

All PDF file processing is performed locally on your device. We implement reasonable measures to protect information transmitted to third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App's update release notes.
